October 7, an organisational meeting with young Maltese, going to the World Festival of Youth and Students in Sochi, was held at the Russian Centre for Science and Culture. Maltese delegation includes students and graduates of Maltese universities. At the meeting the director of the Russian Centre for Science and Culture in Malta, Andrei Muraviev made a welcoming speech. Questions that interested the participants regarding their trip to Russia were discussed during the meeting. At the end of the meeting, the RCSC team handed over the Maltese flag to the participant of the Students' Parade, which will be held in Moscow on October 14.
World festival of youth and students will be held on the territory of Sochi from October 14 to October 22, 2017. One of the main tasks of the event is the joint study of the image of the future by youngsters from different countries and an attempt to formulate answers to the most pressing challenges facing the generation. More than 20 thousand young people from 150 countries will participate in the Festival.
