Young Russian compatriots of Malta took part in “Hello, Russia!” educational programme

From 4 to 10 August 2019, a delegation of young Russian compatriots from Malta visited St. Petersburg in the framework of the annual educational trip "Hello, Russia!"

The programme of their visit was varied and very eventful. 

The young compatriots went on a sightseeing tour of St. Petersburg, visited the Peter and Paul fortress, honored the memory of the fallen Leningraders at Piskarevskoye cemetery. They discovered hidden gems of Pavlovsk and Peterhof. They paid a visit to St. Petersburg State University. They learnt about the Hermitage and Zoological Museum rich collections, participating in educational quests and master classes. They met famous culture and sports figures. They showcased their talents at the drama workshop. They summed up their trip by contests and quizzes and polished it with dancing party.

The young participants from Malta had a lot of positive impressions from “Hello, Russia!” educational programme, learned a lot about Russia’s rich history and culture and met their peers from around the world.
